    Thesis Proposal Hearing Application (The advisor should sign)

2. 4本論文計畫書紙本(1本留所辦、3本給委員) (電子檔至mp0002@mail.wzu.edu.tw)

      4 copies of the thesis (Binding. One copy for the office, three for advisors. If there are more than 3 advisors, please add copies and be sure that the thesis topics of the application form and the hardcopy are the same.)
