書審資料Required application documents：

1.英文自傳及英文研究計畫一式三份(含學習目標、方向、重點、主題、未 來發展、以及完成學業所需的方法、能力及相關條件等項目。)

2.大學歷年成績單正本一份（同等學力報考者，請附相關之歷年成績單一份）。

3.英語語檢證明。

4.其他有利於審查之資料各一份（如推薦函、證照、學程證書、獲獎證明、英 語檢定、已發表之報告、論文、服務年資工作證明等）。

1. Three copies of autobiography and statement of purpose in English （including motivation, performance of relevant study and work, future study plan, etc.）

2. An official transcript of Bachelor’s Degree. （For those applying with an equivalent education level, an official transcript of relevant degree is required.）

3. Proof of English proficiency

4. Additional documents （Ex: reference letters, licenses, certificates, awards, essays, thesis, employment certificates, etc.）

考試項目及配分百 分比 Examination and Percentage：

書審 Document review 50%

口試 Interview 50%

錄取標準 Standard of Selection：口試成績未達 60 分者，不予錄取。 The minimum requirement of the interview grade is 60.
