Grant Application for Thesis English Editing
論文英文潤稿機制補助申請辦法
1. Purpose: To help professors and students with academic English editing by providing grants
2. Applicants: Professors and students in Master's Degree Program of International Affairs
3. Application Period: From November 1, 2017 to August 15, 2018
4. Grant Amount: $5,000 per person
5. Quota: 8 professors and 8 students (Remaining quota: 7 professors and 7 students)
6. Required Documents:
- Receipt (You can download this form from the program website> English-taught Degree Program> Downloads
You can come to the office Z403, and Vicky will help you fill out the Receipt.) - Invoice or receipt of English editing
7. How to Apply: The applicant should follow the publicized date to hand in the required documents to the project assistant, Vicky Yang in the office Z403.
8. Note:
The applicant is required to send the thesis (full text) to Vicky after editing.

一、補助宗旨：為解決國際事務碩士學位學程授課教師研究論文及學生畢業論文英文潤飾問題，本計畫提供學程師生論文英文潤稿機制。
二、申請資格：國際事務碩士學位學程授課教師及學生
三、申請期間：106年11月1日至107年8月15日止
四、補助金額：$5,000/人
五、補助名額：教師8位，學生8位 (目前尚有名額：教師7位，學生7位)
六、申請所需文件：
- 領據 (可至學程網站>全英計畫>相關表單下載 )
- 潤稿發票或收據
七、申請辦法：
請將領據與潤稿發票/收據交至辦公室Z403給專案助理 楊偉琪Vicky
八、注意事項：
論文潤稿完後需寄論文全文給楊偉琪助理以建檔。
